Physical Education
 Once again, Éco-lita Trilingue stands out with its unique Physical Education program. Because we want our students to feel special, we offer gym classes that are not traditionally taught in schools. In other words, all students from grade 1 to grade 6 take downhill skiing or snowboarding lessons with certified ski instructors during the month of February.
 The students from grade 2 to grade 6 also take horseback riding lessons including theory and practise. While all our students have the privilege of having a black belt Taekwondo master with 25 years experience, our younger learners are taught gymnastics by a certified gymnastics coach. With guidance from our Physical Education specialist, homeroom teachers teach our Éco-lita students about nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and sportsmanship when they are not practising special sports.
